Entry Forms – Entry Forms received after the closing date will not be accepted. Entry Form without the appropriate entry fee will be returned to the exhibitor.  Only written entries to the Secretary will be accepted,

STAGING AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS – Exhibitors will please note that all exhibits must be staged between the hours 12.00 Noon and 2.00 pm on Saturday, 8th June 2019. Judging will take place 3.00 pm.  Exhibitors in Class 09 – 36 must collect their exhibits between 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm on Sunday, 9th June 2019.  All exhibits left without instructions after this date will be sent to the local hospital.

Numbers for the Horticultural Produce, Domestic, Arts and Crafts and Photography Classes, 09 – 119 inclusive can be collected before staging the exhibits on Saturday, 8th June 2019 from 00 Noon to 2.00 pm.
